Choose from innovative and locally produced food craft at Inez & Ernst, classic dishes you don't want to stop eating and hang out you don't want to leave in Bula Bar & Mat, and modern homely lunch with a twist in our golf restaurant Greenhouse. In the summer we open up our Pool Bar with snacks and drinks, perfect for taking in a sunny cabana.

Our cooking begins with love for the ingredients and respect for the hands that work the soil. Just as Inez and Ernst, our owner's grandparents, once did at Skomme farm just a stone's throw from the resort. We proudly utilize ingredients from nearby farms and take care of fruit and vegetables from our colleagues' gardens. We do it to keep the traditions alive and to take care of all the fantastic ingredients in our vicinity. Everything to give you wonderful flavors on the coming seasons menus. Combine a few small ones with a larger one and a full glass and you'll understand what we mean. Here you will find delicious food to gossip about, stylish drinks and locally produced beer. We have drawn inspiration from the simple: if it's good, we like it - and probably you too. Bula Bar & Mat has undergone a complete renovation and is now open to you as a hotel guest, member, Gothenburg citizen, or just you passing by. We really really like wine
Did you know that we make our very own wine? Solaris grows around the knot and in the garage the grapes ripen in large stainless tanks. Ready to be enjoyed just in time for the lilacs to bloom. We have over 800 hand picked wines in our cellar, and talented sommeliers excited to tell you all about it.
