There are meeting rooms, and then there are rooms where people truly come to meet. If you want to be creative and really commit to a great meeting, the room you choose for your conference is hugely influential. Sure, there are standard details to take into account, such as the room having the right capacity for your attendees, but the room also has to have the right feeling and evoke the right mood for your event. We have 15 modern rooms with spaces for small meetings of just two people up to venues for larger events of 200.

With a lounge, group room and restaurant right outside the door regardless of which of conference room you choose, you’ll be comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need. Enjoy a coffee break reclining by the fireplace in the lounge and then break for dinner at Inez & Ernst, our restaurant overlooking the city of Gothenburg.

THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY MAKES A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE IN A CONFERENCE SPACE

Daylight is quite important for conferences, as it ensures the energy in the room doesn’t dissipate after an hour or two of rousing discussion. All of our conference rooms have large windows to accommodate nice and bright natural lighting (aside from our cinema rooms, of course). Our rooms are equipped with projectors, whiteboards and wireless internet, obvious elements for a great conference. That said, if you don’t need some of these typical conference components, we suggest you move into one of our more creative meeting spaces that can help provoke out-of-the-box and more lateral thinking.

MEETING PLACES FOR THE SENSES

How about booking a “Walk and Talk” on our golf course? Creativity flows more easily and ideas spin up faster when you’re thinking outdoors and are able to move about while deliberating. Or if golf isn’t really your thing, might we suggest an outdoor picnic in the green grass — a sure-fire way to create a more relaxed meeting space. Or if you are looking to spice up your outdoor meeting with a bit of challenge, perhaps a “Yoga Meeting” is more your style. CONFERENCE ON THE HILL

At the top of the mountain just next to the hotel we have created a fantastic outdoor environment with sweeping panoramic views of Gothenburg and plenty of comfortable seating.

CONFERENCE BY BIKE

Our spin hall can accommodate audience- or meeting-style seating and is equipped with both a projector and a whiteboard. The perfect space for a fast-paced meeting.

CONFERENCE IN THE POOL

Our poolside lounge features a spacious 15 square metre screen where you can easily show presentations or movies. Conference attendees can participate from the comfort of their sunbeds, deck chairs, or even from the pool.
